The Gainesville Latino Film Festival is reaching out to diverse communities with its annual lineup of films, including tonight’s opening movie, “Cinco Dias Sin Nora” (“Nora’s Will”), which is set in the Mexican Jewish community of Mexico City.

The six films of this year’s Latino Film Festival, which begins tonight and continues on Saturdays from Sept. 17 to Oct. 15, will be accompanied by other events.
