Univision names sponsors for “Premios Juventud”

The Univision Network announced title sponsors of its 6th annual “Premios Juventud” Youth Awards program, honoring recording artists, movie stars, sports figures, and fashion and pop culture icons who are popular with this country’s Hispanic youth. Coca-Cola, Chevy, JCPenney, McDonald’s, Orbit, State Farm and T-Mobile will be prominently featured throughout the program.

“Premios Juventud” aired live from Miami’s BankUnited Center 7/16 at 8p.m. ET. Preceding the awards show telecast, Univision presented exclusive coverage of celebrity arrivals direct from the “Premios Juventud” carpet starting at 7pm.

“We are delighted to offer our advertising partners the ideal environment to reach Hispanic youth. They will have an opportunity to engage consumers on-air, on-line and on mobile in one of Univision's premiere music events-- and together we've designed innovative marketing programs to harness the opportunity.” said David Lawenda, president of Advertising Sales and Marketing, Univision.‪
